Summary of Experience • Design, operation and maintenance of all aspects of Alumina Refineries including red end, white end as well as power and steam generation. • Design associated with Iron Ore facilities including materials handling, crushing and grinding. • Design engineering management on engineering studies and projects including: o the Oakajee Port and Rail Port Landside project o Rio Tinto’s Koodaideri Iron Ore DFS o LeadFX Paroo Station Lead Project • Engineering coordination for tender preparation. • Design, fabrication and delivery of major materials handling equipment such as reclaimers, stackers and ship loaders • Mechanical design associated with conveyors, transfer bins, crushers, pumping and piping systems, tankage, calciners, heat exchangers and pressure vessels. • Engineering support to the construction and commissioning of process plants. • Operation and maintenance of a gas and diesel fired power station. • Engineering management and leadership of multi-disciplined engineering teams. • Development of Digital Technology to enhance engineering design.
