Business is in my genes, growing up business lessons were a dinner table conversation topic. My Father running his construction business and my Mother a General Manager of a national land survey company. They inspired me to study business but I added a twist, dance. Graduating from QUT with degrees in business and dance lead me to an amazing opportunity with the Starlight Children's Foundation. Since returning to the beautiful beaches of Central Queensland my passions have stayed ignited. My family's business ventures have expanded which resulted in me running their motel and then their service station. I have learnt a great deal from these businesses and have achieved great outcomes. Leading me to attain the Chartered Manager designation, being recognised as a representative of the gold standard of management excellence by the Institute of Managers and Leaders. CQ also offered me creative outlets running dance workshops for local studios, teaching and performing which is were I met my wife. I have now combined my business and creative passions at the Jet James Art Gallery. I love CQ and I am here to stay.
