I have been specializing in leading teams and managing software development and implementation projects under agile methodologies since 2014, executed under fixed-price, Time and materials (T&M), and Indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts for both startups and other software companies. I have managed around 16 projects for solutions with both web and mobile architecture; considering large, multidisciplinary, and multicultural virtual teams. As a change manager, this has been key to managing a hybrid role as Project Manager and achieving the success of my projects; Since success for me is measured in 3 performance areas: having a healthy team, an open communication system, and a happy client.
