Naked Baker was a coffee house, bake shop, juice bar, vegetarian cafe.Taught vegetarian cooking classes through Fresno Unified Adult Education as well as cooking demonstrations at Whole Foods in Fresno. I teach classes at New Seasons Market Cooking School as well as private lessons in my home.Have had recipes published by Sunset Magazine and have been featured in the Food Section of the Fresno Bee.I worked with Melissa McKinney at Criollo Bakery in The Beumont Village area of Portland, OR. for 2 years, from the first day when she threw the doors open until the final day of business.I am currently employed by New Seasons Market in Sellwood where I have been the Pastry Chef for the past 3 years.I have a website blog where I regularly share recipes and pictures of my work.
