With English, French & Spanish speaking countries, this was most diverse & extensive Defence Attaché/Advisor role in British military.Secured & delivered multi-million-pound defence engagement activities & capabilities, engaging & working closely with strategic leaders daily to identify requirements that each 'needed', that UK could support.Coordinated & enhanced UK’s humanitarian assistance & disaster relief support to affected nations & OTs during annual hurricane seasons by expanding civilian & military partnerships across region.Designed, led & delivered higher management of defence, P3M, capability & acquisition stages of internationally recognised one-year Advanced Command & Staff Course at UK’s Joint Services Command & Staff College, with circa 270 senior officers from 58 countries. Authored & edited diverse range of UK & NATO strategic joint doctrinal publications, including first pan-HMG publication on monitoring & evaluation, as well as initial draft of Building Stability Overseas joint publication.Designed & coordinated a series of change management projects across UK’s Defence Academy in order to secure significant (circa 20%) in-year savings measures & efficiencies.Programme managed, to time & budget, largest & most complicated engineering construction project undertaken by British in Iraq (2003 – 2009) that involved coordination of 27 different international contractors & host of service providers in contract worth $70 million.Chief of Staff of 800 strong military engineer regiment at forefront of operations in Iraq, successfully & safely deploying & recovering every member.
