Patrick Fearon

After a 30-year career in Investment Banking and Executive Search, I decided to take the skills I have developed in a new direction and qualified as a Coach. For the last 14 years I have coached executives on business-related issues in a range of different companies in the UK, France and Germany. I have also worked with a number of Business Schools, notably EDHEC, Cass and ESSEC to coach the MBA's and MSc's and help the students to advance successfully in their careers. I feel that the role of an Executive Coach should be to help clients address the underlying issues that give rise to the coaching requirement and not just focus on the coaching. To that end, 3 co-founders and I have established SineMuris Ltd. to design and facilitate OD and Change Management programmes and to provide the coaching required through a hand-picked team of international coaches, to ensure that the change is sustainable.
