I graduated from Illinois State University with a major in Psychology (emphasis in Industrial/Organization Psychology) and a minor in Business Administration. My career has been heavily involved in the Talent Acquisition side of Human Resources with exposure to various other HR fields. I acquired my SHRM-CP as a development move to better understand the other fields that have been outside of my specialty thus far. Development opportunity is critical for me and I want to help in any way that I can to make sure others get the same opportunity.
