Lean Six Sigma Program Manager: This position is responsible for the development and training of in-house Yellow Belts and Green Belts, work with Senior Management to prioritize the project selection process and mentor and facilitate project leaders through the DMAIC cycle. Project Savings ranged from $25,000 to $500,000 annually.Quality Inspection Manager: Management responsibility for activities of all inspection/evaluation functions from Receiving Inspection through Assembly and Finished Goods in addition to developing, training and reporting Statistical Process Control activities. Specific responsibilities include: Leadership of a Quality Inspection Group (28 people) on all levels, plant size 480 personnel in three facilities. Develop and implement procedures for verification and validation of process and products and control of vendor qualifications and certifications. Insure compliance to the requirements of ISO-9000.
