Three examples highlighting my broad range of skills include: • CONTEXT: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) sponsored an Enterprise initiative to transform the culture into one more focused on reducing expenses • WHAT DID I DO? - Portfolio, program and project management (over 60 projects) - Organizational Change management, Communications and Executive Stakeholder Management - Executive presentations and briefings • WHAT WAS THE RESULT? - Reduced and redeployed over $110M in corporate administrative expenses over a two-year period • CONTEXT: Fannie Mae had to integrate business and technology infrastructure with the Common Sensitization Platform (CSP) to comply with conservatorship requirements from FHFA • WHAT DID I DO? - Managed 20-person team that designed and developed target-state business architecture for Fannie Mae's Securitization processes for Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS). - Broke through organizational stove-pipes to align on common business, data and technology taxonomy for developing epics, user stories and features for building the target state • WHAT WAS THE RESULT? - Achieved transformational target state business capabilities, with over $1T in MBS issued annually • CONTEXT: A Component within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with approximately 19,000 employees) launched a multi-year technology transformation with a total life-cycle cost over $1B.
