Patrick McGinnis

I learned very early in life that hard work is key to success. Which is why I have gone above and beyond in every area of work I have been introduced to. I currently work for Absolute Assurance Restorations, LLC as a Project Supervisor and my title does little to express everything I do for the company. I joined the military right out of high school, and I was immediately put into leadership positions. Leading teams of soldiers through training exercises, or creating presentations for senior officers and teaching classes every quarter. After I returned home I worked as a security officer for Securitas Security services as a desk guard. Once I noticed the training program was sub-par, I took it upon myself to train every new officer coming in and create a training template that is still in use today. I would have regular meetings with corporate officials on the efficiency of training and how security as a whole is being conducted through my training program. Today, I work for Absolute Assurance Restorations, LLC and when I was first hired, the company's upkeep with documents and customer information was below my standard. I then took control of the office, set the company up with the JobNimbus business app to make business easier. I took all the customer documents, personal information, company documents and organized each and every one of them. Not to mention I run construction jobs ensuring quality of work and efficiency of all the construction crews, I taught all the current employees as well as the owner of the business how to use the company app for proper documentation. I currently attend North Central State College in pursuit of my Bachelor's degree in Business Management, in an effort to further my career opportunities and my education. As a father I want nothing more than to set a good example for my daughter and show her what it means to be successful.
