I’m privileged to spend my time as a business technology executive making complex scenarios simple, creating teams to solve business problems and setting technology strategy. I have become a trusted advisor in the CRM/Contact Channel technology space with the brand of being approachable, dependable and the ability to talk technical and business as needed. I take great pride in the work my team does every day. Currently we enable multi-channel solutions that drive member engagement that ultimately make a difference in people’s lives as they navigate their healthcare journey. As a result, we often discuss that our invisible signatures are on every system/screen that we create for both internal users and our external customers. It’s an important mindset driven by ownership & accountability. I’ve recently had the opportunity to volunteer in the local non-profit space, giving back some of the CRM technology knowledge that have learned over the course of my career. I’m even more thankful that an out of state colleague has joined me in assisting this non-profit allowing us to really make a difference. Volunteering has been a very rewarding experience and something I intend to do much more of in the future. I enjoy being on the cutting edge of technology and staying current on new product offerings.
