Patrick Minnucci

Over 23 years of hands-on experience developing and managing a wide range of software, hardware, systems and construction oriented projects. This experience has led to the development high-performing project teams, effective stakeholder management, SMART project plans and strong customer relationships. Skills developed include cost accounting, estimating, scheduling, variance analysis, contracting, negotiating and procurement management. I am heavily involved in the development and oversight of a Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for an asset base of 103 facilities and over 1,000 vehicles. I co-chair a committee that evaluates and prioritizes all new efforts against the strategic objectives of the organization and approves all baseline changes to existing component projects. My most recent professional experience involves the management and oversight of a Project Management Office (PMO), Construction Management Office (CMO) and a Job Order Contracting (JOC) Office.
