With over 40 years of real estate experience, including appraising, he has developed a knack for finding his clients the perfect home. In addition to finding buyers their consummate home, he is also skilled in assisting sellers, often yielding a higher-than-expected sales price in a relatively short period of time. As a former appraiser and Florida real estate agent since 1978, Patrick O’Connor knows what it takes to get listings sold. When O’Connor isn’t busy tending to his clients’ high expectations, he focuses his efforts on the community. He was recognized by Naples Daily News as 2016 Collier Citizen of the Year for his philanthropic work. He strongly believes in “paying it forward.” He is currently chairman of “Do the Right Thing,” recognizing good deeds by local students in the city of Naples. O’Connor is a graduate of Leadership Collier and has been the previous chair and vice-chair of the program. He is also involved with the Leadership Institute, has served on the Naples YMCA Board and has spearheaded Santa’s Workshop since 1994.
