I'm continually looking for new ways to ensure that my team has an enjoyable time working and remains motivated. I'm continually looking for ways to work within corporate processes, improve them where possible, and reduce their impact where necessary. I'm continually looking for new technologies and patterns that will enable better quality and faster turnaround of customer demands.
