My work experience varies from being a data warehouse specialist at the start of my career to more process related functions over the years. The role of process consultant suited me for the majority of these years and I liked the challenge in smoothing out process issues (ITIL) for several Atos internal and external clients. During this consultancy phase I was introduced to offshore / outsourcing from Atos perspective and I soon found this to be an even bigger challenge. Trying to run a smooth operation with multiple countries supplying the service is, as you can imagine, a challenge on its own. While being busy in the outsourcing / offshore field I was asked to support the business in another fashion too. I took on the role of Business Support. Some key attributes to this role are arranging Financial outlook, business reviews, keeping track of FTE movements, define / support future business plans etc. My latest challenge is the role of process design specialist at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center. My focus area is Connected Mobility Services and my job includes Business Process Modelling, Proces Compliancy and general user guidance for the focus area. My strong suits are: - ITIL, I am fully certified on ITIL V2 and ITIL V3 (ITIL Expert) - Team player, I strongly believe in the necessity of teams and their contribution to a companies success - Good communication skills both written as verbal in Dutch and English. (my German is a bit rusty but I am convinced that when I start using it, I will soon become fluent again). - Good analytical skills. My shortcomings: - I strive for perfection which sometimes works against me - I might have a tendency to be impatient, sometimes I want to change things too rapidly.
