When I was 15 years old I build my first boat, I just loved to shape and create. This is a passion which have followed me during my personal life and career with many achievements. In the beginning, it was more about doing it all by myself, but over the years it has turned out to be more about people management. To see other people grow and make achievements for the team and finally for the whole company is something which add even more value and satisfaction. I have been active in many different lines of business as a consultant within R&D and finally as a Technical Manager within Automotive. Sales Manager for the Nordic countries with focus on customer management. Global Product Manager for Haldex largest product with manufacturing, sales and development in North and South America, Europe, India and China. This have given me a base with great experience to build trust in my communication which is a key to success.
