I am a claims analyst and administrator with extensive experience processing health and dental claims most recently at Medavie Blue Cross. Over the course of my career I have consistently provided excellent customer service and met/exceeded all targets. As a claims analyst, I have processed health and dental claims of varying degrees of complexity. I have always strived for accuracy and quality. With over 20 years of experience in the health and dental insurance industry, I have excelled and improved on several strengths including, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an ability to recognize and resolve problems, strong team player qualities who inspires cooperation from others, committed to continuous personal development, excellent organizational abilities and a track record of achieve targets and deadlines. I work well in a goal-oriented and demanding environment. I am always looking to upgrade and learn new skill sets, constantly open to new experiences.
