At work, Patty is a people and servant leader with demonstrated capability in managing successful projects and exceptional stakeholder management, coupled with the ability to communicate with clarity, impact and influence. The last 10+ years of her career have seen her taking on project management and practitioner roles on digital applications and business transformation projects. All of which centre around leveraging technology to solve complex problems and focusing on people first. Outside of work, My vision is deeply connected to leveraging my experience and passion to empower people with skills they need to achieve their fullest potential. This reflective journey not only taught me the importance of having a great mentor; it also ignited my interests and passion in all things technology and entrepreneurship. My strengths lie in the ability to inspire others to do better and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to pay it forward by generating a platform that focus on personal development, leadership and mindset. My husband & I are a team. We enjoy working on projects and creating partnerships that unites people by challenging the status quo. As the Chief Legacy Builder for my 3 young girls, people around me know I am a firm believer that learning never ends; a commitment to learning accelerate growth and exposes you to new ideas and perspectives that makes you successful holistically.
