Co-Founder with a computer software background. Experienced in Property/Facility Management, Crisis/Emergency Management, Fire & Life Safety, Fire Protection and Health & Safety. Strong business leader educated at George Brown College. Working as a Fire and Life Safety Officer in the Financial District for six years, I found it incredibly challenging to manage all of our inspections of equipment such as fire extinguishers and to ensure they were inspected and reported routinely. With so much equipment in many unique places paired with a high turnover rate of employees, I found that equipment was being missed often, leaving us liable. That’s when it dawned on me; there must be a way to create a software solution that could streamline the entire reporting process. We could create safer workplaces and save money at the same time. That’s when I teamed up with an incredible team and created an app called Tap Report to change the way people complete routine inspections of assets/locations.
