About
I have many years extensive experience, at a senior managerial level, of working in the Local Authority environment, with a particular emphasis on waste management. I have managed teams across the waste hierarchy including those relating to waste reduction and recycling, disposal and closed landfill. Including contract management. I have been involved on waste issues at both a local and a national level, including representing Norfolk County Council, at officer level, on the Norfolk Waste Partnership and also being a past Chair of the National Association of Waste Disposal Officers (NAWDO). I am also a member of the ADEPT Waste Panel and am on the list of "professional interviewers" for the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management. I believe that I am a very rounded individual having worked in both waste collection and waste disposal in the areas of policy, service development, operations, engineering, project and general management.
