Accountability for managing the supply chain for a portfolio of over 25,000 products with an annual turnover of over £7b and the flow of goods from suppliers to over 500 supermarkets via a network of 14 distribution centres. Recent experience has seen me leading in the digital space leading the supply chain for our online, store pick and click & collect capabilities amd managing the supply chain relationship with Ocado amd Amazon. I am an accomplished and adaptable senior leader and senior supply chain manager with a broad spectrum of experience and expertise. Having a well rounded and extensive background in FMCG, front line retail as well as in central supply chain. I have lead high performing teams across all temperature regimes - fresh/chilled, frozen and ambient sectors. Possesing a collegiate way of working underpinned by a track record of developing others, delivering change and exceeding stretching targets. Experienced in using both push and pull style systems having worked with following systems/system providers - Oracle, Blue Yonder, Relex, NFSI, Atheon and SAP.
