Paul Cox

Paul Cox was born and raised in the Houston and surrounding areas. He has been in the financial industry for over 20 years. He began his career within the industry through a school sponsored program that introduced him to the world of banking and finance. His initial assignment was with a local credit union in the IT department. During his time their he received several promotions and obtained numerous certifications for financial systems operations with National Credit Union Association. Mr. Cox left banking for the insurance industry when he accepted a position as Office Manager/ Sales Agent for a local insurance agency. While in that role he obtained 25 states licenses to sell and administrate all major medical, life and property casualty insurance policies for his firm. Paul was next recruited to become Operations Director for NxtGenHealth. In this role he was responsible for the oversight of multiple departments within the firm. Mr. Cox joined White Rhino Financial as the Director of Operations in 2011. In 2011 White Rhino Financial consisted of 4 agents and 1 administrative staff. During the 8 years with White Rhino Financial Paul was apart of the management team that was responsible for growing the firm to 70 agents and 6 clerical staff positions. Mr. Cox remained with White Rhino Financial until he join Diamond Client Group as the Chief Operations Officer in 2019. Mr. Cox brings a wealth of knowledge and business management experience to our firm. His primary focus is the day to day operations and finance firm along with ensuring that agents and brokers have the tools and resources needed to assist their clients. He looks forward in taking part in the growth and expansion of our firm as he builds relationships with our agents, brokers, and clients.
