As a Senior Product Manager in Boston Scientific's Cardiology Division, I oversee a large portflio of life-saving medical devices. I develop short-term and long-term growth strategies and portfolio optimizing initiatives, directly supporting the U.S. Sales force and positioning products and product messaging in a complex and evolving market. An enthusiastic leader, committed to enabling my teams' success, I also lead the Veteran non-profit organization, Project Got Your Back, as Executive Director. Having created and executed an organizational pivot strategy, I've developed many skills in nearly every aspect of business, team development, and leadership. I genuinely thrive in helping people and teams who need it. Prior to Boston Scientific and Project Got Your Back, I had the privelege of serving as a Marine Corps Logistics Officer (Captain) with multiple successful deployments and filling dynamic and challenging roles. My last 4-year assignment gave me the unique opportunity to consult many U.S. Ambassadors and senior government and military officials as a Marine Security Guard Regional Executive Officer and United States Diplomat. This high-pressure and high-visibility assignment helped me develop numerous consulting skills and experience a wide range of unique decision-making opportunities. My career has been supported by a Bachelor’s of Business Administration, and Master’s of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina. I have always exceled at “getting things done,” "working in the gray," and leading people toward achieving a common goal. I'm insatiably curious and I love to learn and overcome new challenges.
