In 2022 after more than a decade in business, my wife and I wrapped up ownership of our property management only real estate agency. Throughout that experience, I was constantly focused on finding ways to keep property management staff engaged and supported, maximise efficiency and revenue, and minimise agency costs. All the while servicing the needs of our awesome landlords and tenants, writing almost 150 articles to help educate others, and maintaining a 4.7 star Google rating. Much of what our agency achieved can be attributed to actively interpreting our rent roll data - turning our basic numbers into useful information - and making financial and resourcing decisions based on this insight. The tools I built to help interpret our data and influence our business's growth, landlord and staff satisfaction, are now available to real estate agencies nationally, through Unlocked Analytics.
