Paul Gallagher

Paul is Vice President, Client Experience at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., with over 25 years in the industry working with both privately held and publicly traded companies. Paul is responsible for advising clients and guiding them through the ever changing landscape of corporate proxy regulations. Paul’s team develops and manages the relationships with domestic and international clients, providing project management expertise coupled with knowledge and expertise in handling all proxy related guidelines to simplify the Annual and Special Meeting process. He has a strong focus on working with clients to develop coherent strategies that will help them achieve their goals. In addition, Paul represents the business constituents in development efforts that forward Broadridge’s ability to service their clients. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt fluent in utilizing tools to target areas for development, as well as to create more efficient work flow.
