As the VP of Sales of the Life Cycle Management team at Trace3, I am responsible for leading an incredible team of technology sales professionals focused on the success of our customers. I have a passion for encouraging the team to find unique solutions to deliver value to our customers, but that is only the start. Excellent customer service and the ongoing care and oversight of our customer’s installed base is an imperative to ensure our customers achieve their expected ROI along with reducing both operational and financial risk. Unique to Trace3, the ongoing management of our customers install base of equipment is made easy due to our industry leading lifecycle analytics platform, LAMP. The LAMP platform helps my team and our customers maintain visibility to multiple asset attributes under a single pane of glass. The visibility and analytics enables our customers to make better decisions around managing and optimizing their IT infrastructure. A hands-on sales leader, I am personally involved in the activities of my team and our customers. I want to understand the challenges and goals of both my customers and my team. Maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty along with being flexible and easy to do business with are core values for me as a leader at Trace3 as well as being foundational elements of our company culture. I joined Trace3 as part of the acquisition of LaSalle Solutions in 2022. Prior to LaSalle I worked at Cisco Systems for fifteens year where I ran the enterprise sales team for the western US. On a personal note, I have strong interest in nutrition, fitness and maintaining a healthy life style.
