Paul Humberstone holds a Bachelor of Business in Computing and Information Management from the University of Western Sydney.Paul began his IT career in 1999 as a Rollout Engineer and in 2005 moved into the employment sector as an IT Recruitment Consultant for a boutique agency providing contract and permanent IT recruitment services. Two and half years later Paul joined Graeme V Jones & Associates, a national consulting firm that provided outsourcing, contract and permanent recruitment services.In 2008 Paul saw an opportunity to combine his knowledge of the recruitment industry and his background in IT when he joined adlogic, a recruitment technology company that provided multiposting, applicant tracking, job board and social recruitment solutions. Initially hired into the role of Senior Businesses Development Manager, Paul quickly rose to become their Sales and Operations Manager by late 2009.In 2011, The Intermedia Group (TIG), a leading Australian B2B publishing, event management and technology business, approached Paul to launch and run a new recruitment and job search product, jobla, which he successfully launched in September 2011.July 2013 saw Paul’s role at TIG expanded to include management of a number of additional business units including TIG’s eCommerce wholesale platform and website development business.
