I have over 38 years of experience helping clients with their business needs. I have assisted a number of clients in mergers, acquisitions, capital raising and public float activities. I've also helped many businesses establish themselves, both locally and offshore.I have extensive experience in the investment, property and importing sectors and also have a keen interest in the sports industry. My clients are from a number of industries. Specialties: Business advisory and strategy, structuring, development and improvement, Business and estate planning/trusts; Cashflow forecasting and budgeting, Financial management, Franchising, Ownership structures and issues, Taxation advice and efficiencies.I joined Grant Thornton in 1982 and worked within the audit division. I was admitted to the partnership in 1989. As a partner I was responsible for the audit, taxation, corporate finance and recovery and reorganisation divisions. I then worked in the Privately Held Business division and had a range of clients that operate both large and small businesses. Many of the business owners I work with are entrepreneurs. In December 2014 I left Grant Thornton to set up a new practice. This move allowed a step change in terms of systems and technology to keep pace with the changing world of accounting. Greenlion operates with a small but very experienced team and like to spend time with our clients looking at the 'current' and 'go forward' positions of their businesses as opposed to what happened in the past.
