I am a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams in Salt Lake City, Utah. I work with buyers, sellers, and investors all over Utah. My background is compiled of commercial & residential construction. My Dad being a home builder I grew up framing homes...When I branched out on my own I found myself supervising projects in the field & I quickly moved into management positions in the office. I chose to get into real estate, honestly, to educate myself through the entire process of buying and selling homes prior to making my first personal home purchase. It is a residential home that acts as a successful, positive-cash-flowing investment. I found that I wasn't getting the detailed information or the time I needed out of money-hungry realtors to be able to make a comfortable decision after all, isn't that their job!?
