It has been said that there are three constants in life, Change, Choice and Principles. To that I add a fourth.. Growth. My current certifications include MCSE in both Server 2008 and earlier also Desktop on Windows 8/10 and earlier. I hold certifications in VoIP (Vonage & CCNA-Voice) and Forensics (AccessData ACE), I also speak Mac and Linux, I am well versed in Diagnostics, Encryption, Telecom VoIP/POTS and Hardware installation/configuration. I am currently adding my W2K16 Server & Re-Upping my CCNA-Voice certification as I don't feel that a ceiling exists when it comes to one's learning path and growth is the best asset. I also have experience in Video/Audio both in analog and digital applications (codecs/streaming and production/editing) A solid track record in IT for both large and small sized businesses and years of experience in the field and on the front lines to prove it, combine that with a personality that is also suited for customer service and my ability to work with customers in an end-user environment makes me a home-run candidate for any environment.
