I truly want to make a difference in everything I do. If it's in my career or from our YouTube channel 'Unite Planet' to my autobiography 'Walk of Life - Feet on the Ground' or just making connection with people we usually just pass by on the street. I worked at Jobseeker Direct for 4 years. I achieved the highest amount of placements in our region at one point. Later, I became Deputy Team Leader & acting Team Leader for our team of 18 members of staff. Currently, I am a Recruitment Consultant at Remit Group in the automotive sector. My role has been in 3 parts thus far. 1. Sales, warm/cold calling business2business, worked on leads. 2 Interacted with apprentices who had lost their placement due to lockdowns etc. And returning them back into employment/completing their apprenticeship. 3. I am currently a Recruitment Consultant, screening/assessing candidates, preparing for interviews and interacting with employers to submit CV's, arranging interviews and administrate documentation to get the enrolment process underway. To help people's lives change for the best is paramount for me.
