I constantly further and share these skills with my business partners in every division of companies I work for as a consultant. One of my areas of expertise has been in the pharmaceutical industry managing several sales and marketing teams across Canada. Through PRsPectives, I've implemented the "Performance Management Continuum" approach, which integrates both supporting hiring managers in high-quality hiring and Exceptional Training/Coaching on Leadership and Management.
