Within this timeframe I have become a successful technical SharePoint and 365 leader. My skillset includes extensive experience delivering solutions to customers at all levels in highly regulated industries. I am Able to communicate technical information to a diverse clientele of stakeholders and leadership. A collaborative technical manager with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through troubleshooting, tracking, triaging, and crisis management. As an IT Leader – I have hired, trained, and developed technical teams to ensure all client technical needs are met while maintaining the best practices and profitability across the operations. Additionally, creating standard operation procedures and knowledge articles to assist the technical teams and customers. I am a passionate advocate for user adoption for SharePoint and 365. I have solicited customer requirements and used them to design and implement SharePoint and 365 sites. This collaboration has enhanced user experience and increased technology utilization. The education has allowed customers to see the value of using these programs and how their jobs will become more efficient, productive, and collaborative.
