Hello! I am the Assistant Dean of Advocacy and Intervention in the Dean of Students Office at the University of Dayton. I provide coordination of intervention services, serve on the risk assessment team, and work to support students both inside and outside of the classroom. I feel that serving our student population is about helping people to achieve their goals and to target and then change behaviors that are holding them back. My greatest day at work is when a student can tell me that they have been able to even achieve the smallest step towards their overall progress and have felt the difference that choice made in their lives.
