Paul Stoopman

I am a hands on engineer with 16 years of automotive engineering experience. My passion for all things mechanical stems from my childhood, growing up in a family of mechanics and a life around motorsports. I thrive on complex problem solving and I am recognised for my ability to balance innovative thinking with a practical approach. My role as a design and development engineer has given me exposure to a wide range of parts and processes, from; concept, design, prototype, testing, manufacture and production line assembly. I have also developed parts for race and sports cars and managed a single car race team for a corporate sponsor with a professional driver. Known for my strong work ethic and adaptability, I am an effective collaborator across many parts of the business and multiple stakeholders.
