Transferred a portion of the organization’s business operations to an overseas back-office as part of a company-wide effort to provide more cost-efficient services to clients.  ⇨ Won LEED Earth awards in multiple countries for being the first to establish LEED certified office space in Kenya, along with a new country office building in South Sudan, in my role as Head of International Real Estate Development with The World Bank.  ⇨ Savvy multinational business traveler with former residencies in England, Belgium, The Netherlands, Egypt, Taiwan, the USA, and currently residing in Switzerland.
