Pauline Lake

I was appointed Director at Race Cottam Associates in April 2018. I am continuing my role of Business Development Director alongside Board responsibilities. As BD Director I am responsible for developing and driving the marketing strategy for Race Cottam Associates, maintaining relationships and our practice profile, as well as seeking new opportunities for the practice. To complement my management role I maintain an involvement in projects, focusing on stakeholder engagement and in the provision of Technical Advisor services. This uses my extensive experience within the education sector, a sector which has been the focus of my project work over recent years. I have also been involved in a variety of projects within the Energy from Waste sector, from feasibility studies through to bids, working up to approval of planning applications. This sector involves a thorough understanding of the technical processes involved in the industry, and how the architecture can assist in the development of a practical and appropriate solution.
