I am an atomic physicist turned into an IT entrepreneur. I founded a few technology startups, currently focusing on Evidence Prime, a Canadian-Polish company trying to resolve a problem of turing a fast growing volume of published information into evidence-based decisions ang guidelines in the domain of healthcare using artificial intelligence. I have a wide and quite deep experience in IT (from programming and artificial intelligence, through software production management and processes to development of product strategies), but nowadays I focus on developing great IT-related concepts and turning them into thriving scalable businesses. I perceive myself as an experienced and proactive person with a lot of common sense and loads of energy to build something relevant and having fun on the way, seeing it grow. I like to work with people and other people like to work with me. I am good-willed, honest and dependable. And quite undeferred by inevitable failures along the way. My management motto is: cooperation over confrontation, motivation over blind orders and sensible processes over both: non-amendable rules and “creative disorder”. For many years I have engaged myself in a number of parallel activities - software development process/management consulting, development of large-scale product expansion strategies for/with carefully selected, promising business partners (main areas: product strategy, strategic business alliances, technology and development strategy), building my own IT-related business(es) and (something non-IT, to maintain balance): writing novels. My first novel, a thriller named "Destination Destiny" will be published under my pen name of "Paul Craft".
