Pawel Osmolski

I have an extensive background in IT working professionally for over a decade in the web design industry. My core development skills are with Laravel, WordPress, Gutenberg, CMSMS and CS-Cart. I create bespoke templates and applications utilising PHP, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery. As a dedicated front-end and UI developer, I thoroughly enjoy producing work that is fully responsive, pixel perfect and cross-browser compatible. I also have a keen eye for fresh digital design and building brand awareness. My passion is to lead diverse and skilled teams following agile principles. I support my fellow colleagues, maintaining openness every step of the way, placing emphasis on knowledge sharing, cross-team collaboration and honest hard work. Since shifting to a predominantly remote working environment, it is now much easier for teams to feel segregated and discouraged. To combat these difficulties, I remind both myself and other people to: Stay patient, polite and passionate, so that we are tuning to the path of success. My mission has always been to encourage unity and strengthen team spirit, allowing people to smile, realise their value, and feel proud of their accomplishments. When I'm not working as a web developer, you will usually find me in a music studio! I've been composing music since childhood, and my experience as a multi-instrumentalist has meant that I am practiced across many genres of music, allowing me to gain exceptional versatility in musical style and production. I'm an improviser at heart, being able to create melodies and sounds without the need of any significant influence or stimulus. I'm also highly skilled in all aspects of sound design. I specialise in using Steinberg Cubase, REAPER, Bitwig Studio, Avid Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premier, Native Instruments Komplete and the Waves Audio Plugin Bundles.
