I am a independent stronged minded individual with 23 years of experience in Tolls Operations with the Florida Department of Transportation. My day to day work experience in being a supervisor there comes with a lot of responsibility such as directing and monitering toll collectors activities to ensure that they are in compliance with all procedures and policies if I find that they are not I ensure that they become properly trained, Preparing operational reports as required by procedures, Handling coin vaults with tanacity, maintain traffic flow through toll facilities. I monitor operation of toll collection equipment to ensure proper revenue collection, My goal is and has always been to strive for more and to be a better me. To climb up the corporate ladder you have to be a Leader which I am. When leading you have to be a team player and to be able to build a great repore with your teamates.
