As a sales executive, I work with customers and partners to identify how innovative technologies can help overcome key challenges and achieve business objectives. My professional experience was developed in multinationals, working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Analytics, Digital Marketing, CCM (Customer Communication Management), CX (Customer Experience), Location Intelligence and MDM (Master Data Management) solutions. Some of the projects I'm proud of: - Helped to reinvent the relationship between the pharmaceutical sector and doctors in Brazil, through digital and interactive solutions, reducing the cost of medical visits from US$100 to less than US$5 and removing the logistical barriers that prevented doctors in some regions of the country to receive critical and up-to-date information. - I developed a digital journey project for adults and children with diabetes, showing that even with the diagnosis of the condition, life can and should be normal, following the necessary care and follow-up. - Created the first e-commerce and digital production company for corporate animated videos in Brazil, to facilitate the service acquisition and communication of companies with their audience. In 5 years, there were more than 1,000 corporate clients served and important names, such as: Porto Seguro, Caixa Econômica, Unicef, Tetra Pak, Ely Lilly, Cobasi, EY, Odebrecht, among hundreds of others. - With insurance companies, cooperatives, providers and health operators, I work to offer a 360º view of their employees, doctors, brokers and patients, reducing operating costs, maximizing revenue and improving people's experience and quality of life.
