My role as Financial Planning and Analysis Director for Argos USA has allowed me to rebalance the asset portfolio, manage continuous improvement efficiencies, and ensure best practices. Recently I spearheaded the transformation of the FP&A team to prepare for IPO, which resulted in increased accuracy in forecasts, and enhanced the business partner structure. Instrumental in improving the planning and budgeting processes, while creating a value-centered culture.
