Pedro Magalhães

Pedro approaches life with a continuous improvement and process-oriented mindset. Pragmatic and curious by nature, he is always ready to discover new interests and innovative ideas. Pedro started his first experience in a company in 2014, with the curricular internship with Master thesis (Industrial Engineering and Management) in Adclick, a Digital Marketing company. Later that year, he moved to a non-profit organization, Centro Social Paroquial Padre Ângelo Ferreira Pinto, accepting the interesting challenge of having a Quality Management role in this kind of organizations. As the time went by, that role progressively and naturally expanded to other areas such as specific Software Development, general IT management, Graphic Design materials and Marketing. In 2017, Pedro came back to the IT world by joining eProseed as PMO Officer, giving support to Managers in terms of Delivery Governance of Projects, analyzing and delivering reports on the effort and financial performance of Projects, as well as help continuously improving the efficiency of the company’s processes both from an automation and redesign point of view. Since 2018, he discovered Oracle APEX and began developing internal and client applications, mainly focused on the automation of processes and workflows. In 2021, Pedro joined Deloitte Technology as a Tech Senior of the Intelligent Process Automation team for Financial Services.
