Me in one-line: I am passionate about science, engineering, teaching, and finding ingenious solutions as well as challenging problems. My background and skills: - I have been working in academia in the last few years in the topics of telecommunications and wireless networking. I have extensive background, hands-on expertise, and academic contributions in the topics of *wireless communications*, *vehicular networking*, *Smart Cities and Internet-of-Things*, *mobile computing applications*, and *computer architectures* (find list of publications in below links). - I consider myself up-to-date with the state-of-the-art on the field of information and communication technologies, and future Internet technologies (e.g., 5G, vehicular networking). - I have expertise on management, as I have recently have become responsible for a research line in the context of an industry-academia research project (projeto Compete2020 em Co-promoção), overseeing a team of four people.
