• Licensed CPA with 20 years of experience in Telecommunications industry, including 11 years of experience performing financial analysis and conducting billing system table and subscriber audits, 3 years of experience auditing and supporting retail stores to ensure company internal controls and financial goals were achieved, and 6 years of experience in Sales related functions, including inventory control functions, and 2 years of experience in project controls with focus on reporting, governance, auditing, training and transparent communication. • Approximately 10 years tax accounting experience at both the staff and senior accountant levels. Tax expertise includes federal and state compliance for corporations, partnerships and individuals. • Over 2.5 years financial reporting experience includes the preparation of regulatory, quarterly and annual reports. • Ability to evaluate problems, organize, research, supervise internal staff and outside consultants and implement solutions. • General knowledge of accounting systems such as accounts payable, inventory, and treasury accounting and billing systems, general ledgers and sub ledgers, including QuickBooks. • Training includes Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification and Scrum Master Certification. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Access, Power Point and Word. • Experience with running, creating and publishing Financial Reports using Power BI. • Experience with Internal Software Applications, including Business Objects (database query system), Snooper (switch interface system), Web Trax/Clarify (issue reporting system), TOAD for Oracle and TOAD for Data Analysts (Quest Software/Teradata SQL Assistant), Primavera (P6) for project management, COGNOS Cost Reporting and Analysis and COGNOS Time and Labor Reporting.
