I advocate for the health and wellness of all employees at WWE. Whether partnering with medical and dental carriers to offer employees comprehensive benefits at reasonable rates, setting communication strategies for educating employees on their benefits or developing new wellness initiatives, I am a champion for employees at all levels and life stages. As an employee at WWE, I am energized by the opportunity for continued growth and learning. This year, I collaborated with a committee to design our first return to work policies for employees during the Covid-19 pandemic and attended professional development conferences on the topics of resiliency and managing uncertainty. I also volunteered to establish the benefits program at XFL, a newly created start-up subsidiary of WWE.In addition to my job responsibilities, I am eager for opportunities to build connections within the workplace and give back to the larger community. I am active with WWE’s Special Olympics, Boys & Girls Club and Connecticut Food Bank partnerships. I am a connector.
