Penelope Lambert

A highly motivated, adaptable, determined and responsible Events professional with a First-Class Honours Degree in Festival and Event Management and 13 years’ experience in research, planning and operations in the events industry. I enjoy challenging convention and creating exciting, bigger and better experiences every time. Experience of International Mega sporting events including London 2012, Istanbul 2020 Olympic bid committee, Glasgow 2014, Baku 2015, The Open Golf and Australia's Summer of Cycling events. I have expertise across different fields including operations management, project management, venue management, brand management, logistics and workforce planning. Project planning/management, operational delivery and operational planning are my passion and my desire is to continue to be part of a team that will take events to the next level, ensuing all involved are impacted positively and success is achieved through thorough project and event management. I believe that events can be sustainable and my passion is to ensure that events have a positive impact on all involved including local communities and businesses to children and adults living within those communities.
