I have been in the healthcare field for over 26 years, 14 of that as a National Registry/State TN Paramedic. I have worked EMS and ER and loved both. I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) as well as a (BLS) CPR/First Aid Instructor. I am also certified in Advanced Life Support( ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Medical Life Support (AMLS) and Pediatric Education for Prehospital Professionals ( PEPP). I am currently working for a fast growing urgent care chain, Fast Pace Health. I have had many different roles with Fast Pace and have enjoyed each one. I have done patient care in the clinics, medical billing and medical records. I have held the position of Logistics Team Manager , as well as , Safety Officer. I have played a part in Logistics with over 150 clinics we have opened all over Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana, as well as, training with many of the clinics. Once the De Novo Clinic was opened for business and then became a legacy clinic I worked along side the Facility and Maintenance team to insure the clinic got the repairs and maintenance they needed. At this time I am with the Development Team, insuring that the goals we set each year are achieved. I continue to help with the Logistics side just to make sure everything and everyone arrives on time to meet our opening dates. I visit each new site several times during the developing process. From looking for future locations to making onsite visits once the location has been found and ground breaking has started. I visit each site at various stages of construction. From slab prep, rough end visits, mid way construction and a final walk through. I have continuous contact with Developers/Contractors to discuss progress of clinics under construction, as well as, clinics in the Pipeline. Making decisions of issues that may arise during construction with vendors and/or trades and with timelines for vendors to come on site. Communicate with Fast Pace Logistics to make sure the clinic environment is correct for them to arrive onsite to do their job in a timely fashion for the clinic to open on time. With the rapid growth of Fast Pace, the Development Team rolls out 40-50 De Novo Clinics per year. With 52 weeks in the year, this is a challenging job. This challenge I am up for. I am a very determined and motivated person with dedication in anything I do. Always looking for a challenge and give 110%.
