I am currently working as "Leading Researcher Reservoir Technology" in the Equinor R&D Centre in Trondheim. At the moment I am involved in a project on reinjection/storage of CO2 as well as a project on Recovery of Gas in waterflooded gas reservoirs. Statoil/Equinor: Prior to the current assignment I have worked with/as: - 2016-2019: Project on reservoir souring due to sea water injection in oil reservoirs - Leader of the In Amenas Joint Venture Sub Surface Team located in Hassi Messaoud, Algeria. 2010 - 2016. The In Amenas JV is a joint venture between Sonatrach, BP and Statoil. - Head of Reservoir Modelling at the Statoil R&D Centre Trondheim, 2007-2010. - Project Manager within Riserless Light Well Intervention, Statoil Sub Sea IOR Programme, 2005-2007. - Staff Reservoir Engineer in the Åsgard Asset, Statoil Stjørdal Operating Office, covering different tasks including development of the Midgard Field, development of the Mikkel Field and Reservoir Management for the overall Åsgard Asset, 1997-2005. SINTEF (IKU): Prior to joining Statoil I have 14 years experience from different positions in Sintef. Key positions/tasks: Adviser/consultant in the SINTEF/Saga Petroleum joint IOR program, 1997. Manager for the Experimental Reservoir Engineering Department, 1993-1996. Research Scientist and Project Leader on different Industrial and Governmental projects, 1984-1993. This includes 9 mnts as a guest researcher at IFP, Rueil Malmaison, France.
