After close to twenty years in various investment banks and roles, i founded Verity Capital with the mission to provide independent financial services to entrepreneurs, single family offices, high net worth families and corporates. We are London based, operate under the FCA regulations, and aim to offer Institutional quality investments, corporate finance & treasury services. Lucky enough to have worked along some very capable people in different parts of finance: Investment Banking, Global Markets and Private Wealth Management. Wide transactional experience and relationships in Emerging Markets, Greece and Cyprus. My clients have been Corporates, Financial Institutions and Single Family Offices/Ultra High Net Worth. In terms of product expertise, i have started in Front Office Market Risk Management/Exotics Trading, and moved into different Origination roles both in Investment Banking and Global Markets. Transactions have been primarily structured lending, hedging solutions, investment solutions, portfolio management, asset allocation, alternatives (hedge funds, private equity). Terrible in selling products "off the shelf", good in listening. The world is changing, big believer in being adaptable and having a well rounded background to be able to add value to clients. Aside from Banking, involved in different entrepreneurial ventures and try to never miss our weekly basketball sessions !
